Since September 2004, Elena Sadina has taught carillon, piano and harmony at the Carillon School Jef Denyn. She founded a harmony class and handbell choir for children, so they can become familiar with bells from an early age.
Elena Sadina graduated magna cum laude in 1994 from the Saratov State Conservatory (Russia). In 1994, she obtained the graduate diploma of the Russian Academy for Campanology. During her studies, she worked as a teacher at Saratov Music Academy and as a soloist of the State Orchestra of Saint-Petersburg.
She has won several competitions such as the General Russian Campanology Competition in Jaroslav (1992) and the International Composition Competition for Carillon in Mechelen (2012).
She graduated magna cum laude from the Royal Carillon School Jef Denyn in 2003. Since 2000, Elena Sadina is a visiting lecturer at Middlebury College (United States). In 2003, she was appointed as the carillonneur of the city of Hulst (The Netherlands).
